ECP has declared 17th October as National Voter’s Day to mobilise eligible voters to register and exercise their right to vote in future elections. ECP APPEALS TO CITIZENS, GENERAL PUBLIC, POLITICAL PARTIES, MEDIA AND CIVIL SOCIETIES FOR THEIR CONTRIBUTION TO ENSURE CREDIBLE AND ACCURATE ELECTORAL ROLLS-2012  02/09/2012  The Election Commission of Pakistan has repeatedly emphasized that an accurate electoral roll is the first step towards free and fair elections. The electoral roll not only contains the names of all eligible voters in Pakistan but also mentions the place of voting.
